ZKShield is currently an early-stage project. This website is used to present the product and to receive pilot and contact requests. This notice explains what data this website handles and how to reach us about it.

What this website collects

If you submit the pilot request form on this site, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name.
• Your work email address.
• Your organisation or company name.
• Your website, if you choose to provide one.
• The platform type you select.
• The pilot interests you select.
• The content of your message.

If you contact us instead through one of the email links on this site, we collect your email address and the content of your message. In both cases, hosting providers also process basic technical data needed to serve a website, such as IP addresses and request logs. This site does not implement analytics or tracking tools.

Please do not submit sensitive documents or records through the form — for example passports, selfies, medical records or identity documents. The form is only for describing your pilot needs.

Bot protection

The pilot form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify that a submission is legitimate. Turnstile may process technical information, such as browser and request signals, for this security check.

Why this data is processed

• Responding to your pilot and contact requests.
• Evaluating issuer and verifier fit for the pilot program.
• Maintaining the security and availability of the website.

No tracking or marketing cookies

This website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising tracking, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. If such tools are added in the future, this notice will be updated to disclose them.

Data sharing

To deliver pilot requests we rely on hosting and email infrastructure providers, which process the submission on our behalf as part of normal operation. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request or the resulting business relationship.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@zk-shield.com.
